Frequently Asked Questions – Grand Canyon

At this time, only service animals are allowed at Clear Sky Resorts, no pets.

Clear Sky Resorts Grand Canyon grounds are as undisturbed as possible. You will find natural desert landscaping and gravel paths as you make your way to your Sky Dome. Be prepared: your shoes may get a little dusty! Sturdy shoes are recommended.

There is various types of wildlife in the area ranging from elk, deer, coyotes, etc.  DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS and we recommend staying at least 50 yards away from any wildlife.

Please note that you are in the desert and although you are in a beautiful dome, there may be bugs or moths, but it is part of the glamping experience and the trade-off for direct access to the outdoors.

We do not offer a daily turndown service, but housekeeping will bring you fresh towels, linens and coffee supplies upon request. They will also remove any trash or dirty linens/towels upon request.

Reservations must be cancelled at thirty days (30 days) prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid forfeiting 100% of your deposit. If reservations are cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the full room charge plus taxes.  If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. We highly recommend getting trip insurance from a reputable 3rd party agency as Clear Sky Resorts is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

We have a food truck on site offering a delicious breakfast and dinner. We have an upgraded Dining Dome opening this season for you to comfortably enjoy your meals. You are always welcome to dine around the outside area of the resort as well.

Hours of operation are 7-10 am and 5-10 pm.
