Our Sky Domes are as comfortable as they are unique. Imagine laying in a hammock on your private deck and admiring the expansive sky, trying to count the millions of stars that twinkle and shine just for you. Or, if you prefer, you can fall asleep in your bed, in the Sky Dome, while the moon softly looks in on you through the sky light and panoramic viewing window.

There’s nothing more spectacular or awe-inspiring than falling asleep under a canopy of stars, you get an understanding of just how small you are in the universal scheme. When you wake up the sun peeks in on you, checking to see if you are ready for a day full of nature revealing its beautiful harmony to anyone willing to discover it.

The geometrical shape of the Sky Dome is called geodesic

It is a spherical structure consisting of a network of triangles. The triangles create a self-supporting framework which provides structural strength while using least possible amount of material.

Energy efficient & low impact on nature:

Each Sky Dome is comfortably climate controlled with an HVAC system and there are two reasons domes are energy efficient.

The first reason is due to the fact that the ambient airflow inside the dome is continuous, with no stagnant corners, requiring less energy to circulate air and maintain even temperatures. The energy required to heat and cool a dome is approximately 30% less than a conventional building.

The second is the high volume-to-surface-area ratio, requiring less building materials to enclose more space. The lower the ratio of a building’s outside perimeter to its enclosed living area, the less energy is required for building, heating and cooling.
